The Dedicated Rack is a datacenter housing service of one or more racks dedicated to each customer’s technology infrastructures, offering customers complete freedom in management and access, with two options:

• Full Rack: rack with 42 RUs;
• Half Rack: compartmentalized rack with 20 RUs.

The processes used to manage the datacenter grant ISO9001 (Quality Management), ISO14001 (Environmental Management) and OHSAS18001 (Occupational Safety) certification, while the procedures used follow best ITIL practices, guaranteeing high service availability.
